The Bank of Khanty-Mansiysk provided us with a unique opportunity to purchase a commemorative silver coin dedicated to the 39th World Chess Olympiad held in Khanty-Mansiysk.

The symbols of the globe, a pawn, an arrow of a bow, elements of Ugra coat of arms and a fragment of a chessboard are depicted on the reverse side of the coin. There following inscriptions: “XXXIX World Chess Olympiad” and “Khanty-Mansiysk” can be found on the side of the coin.

The Head of the Enhancement Business Department and Bank Payment Systems Igor Doinikov said that the coin of the Chess Olympiad was released in a limited edition - only 5 thousand pieces that contributes to increasing its collectible value.
